What can we fix?
Extra spaces in column names
Shopify reads the names in the top row, such as Title or Published. An extra space can stop it from recognizing a column. We remove those spaces when the correct name is clear.
Yes/no answers in the right format
Some Shopify columns use TRUE for yes and FALSE for no. We change answers such as yes, no, 1, and 0 into that format. We only do this in columns meant for yes/no answers.
What stays the same?
Your product names, descriptions, prices, and product codes stay the same. We don't fill in missing information or remove product rows.
What if we can't fix it?
We explain the problem when we can. If the file has a problem we can't safely fix, we won't offer a corrected download. Your check and results are still free.
We don't check your live Shopify store, image links, or every possible import problem.

- Is the report really free?
- Yes. Uploading and reading your results are free. You only pay if you choose to buy a corrected download.
- Can I make the changes myself?
- Yes. Use the report and our guides to help you edit your file. The report shows a few examples of each problem, not every affected cell.
- What does the $3.99 cover?
- One corrected CSV file. You can download it after payment. We only offer it when we have fixes available and the file passes our checks.
- Will this fix every Shopify import error?
- No. We fix extra spaces in supported column names and yes/no formatting. We can also flag some other problems, but we can't fix every error or promise Shopify will accept the file.
- Can I use this to update existing products?
- You can check those files for free, but we don't offer corrected downloads for them. We can't see what's already in your store.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Open your report in the same browser on the same device you used to upload the file. Clearing cookies can remove access.
- How long can I access my files?
- Unpaid files are available for 24 hours after upload. Purchased downloads are available for 7 days after payment. You can delete your file and report sooner from the report page.
