This form is the support channel. Messages are stored in our database and read by the person who runs CSV Spruce. There is no staffed help desk, so we cannot promise a response time.

Before you write

• Report pages are private to the device that uploaded the file. On a new device, upload again — checking is free.
• Originals and unpaid corrected files are deleted after 24 hours; paid files after 7 days.
• For a refund, include the report reference below and what was wrong with the corrected file.
