One price, charged once, only when a verified corrected file exists.

$3.99 USD per corrected file

  • Unlimited free checks (rate limited to 10 uploads an hour per visitor).
  • Payment is only offered when the corrected file already exists and passed verification.
  • No pay button on clean files, unsupported files, update files, or files with blockers.
  • Paid downloads stay open for 7 days from your report page.
  • No account, no subscription, no stored card details on our side.

Refunds

If a corrected file is wrong, ask for a refund through the support page. When a refund is processed, our server receives a signed refund event and closes the download for that file.

What is not included

We do not import files into your store, do not check them against your live catalogue, and do not promise Shopify will accept a file. We fix a narrow, documented set of formatting problems and prove that we changed nothing else.
